Items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking information is provided via email upon order placement. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to become available. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS. If you are unhappy with your order, send us an email at cocoa.and.clay@gmail.com. We will make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We provide insurance for an additional fee, so if you would like to insure your order, please include the item in your cart before checkout. The Golden Rules of Polymer Clay Jewelry

❥ Store in a dry, clean place and away from direct sunlight. ❥ DO NOT get your jewelry wet. ❥ Keep away from children. CLEANING Clean polymer clay jewelry by using a slightly damp (not wet) cloth. Dry before use. Polymer clay with foil/glitter are usually glazed for protection but are not always. Clean only with a slightly damp (again, not wet) cloth. If possible, try not to handle the actual clay pieces themselves, as the oils from your fingers may cause discoloration and/or wear over time. DO NOT bend or drop your clay jewelry. This weakens the clay and can cause breakage. Small pieces, finding and backings can also break off. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray and makeup. These may also cause discoloration of your jewelry. No refunds or replacements will be given for jewelry that has been damaged from improper care. BRASS Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc and will naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen. Tarnishing is actually a protective layer for brass. Keeping it clean and shiny is fairly simple. Polish by using a jewelry polishing cloth. Brass cleaner can be used, but only sparingly. Apply a small amount (less than a pea size) to a jewelry or microfiber cloth and clean gently. Apply ONLY to the brass piece you are polishing. To avoid tarnishing, store your pieces in a dry space and away from direct sunlight. If you can, keep your jewelry in a jewelry box or jewelry safe storage bag. IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING DO NOT allow children to play with, wear or chew on your jewelry. They are not for teething and can break, which is a potential choking hazard. NEVER leave your child unsupervised around jewelry.
